State Band Festival: Wind Symphony and Advanced Percussion

1:15 Leave Timpanogos High School
2:45 Arrive at Syracuse High School
3:00 PM Watch Bands
4:00 PM Warm up
4:30 PM Perform
5:10 Leave Syracuse High School
6:40 Arrive at Timpanogos High School
- The concert is happening on May 8 at 7:00 pm. Call time for all students is 6:30 pm
- Those in Wind Symphony (including Percussion) will need to attend an after school rehearsal in the band room on May 2nd at 7:45 am.
- Those in Symphonic Band (including Percussion) will need to attend an after school rehearsal in the band room on May 5th at 2:30 pm.
- Those in either percussion class will need to attend an after school rehearsal in the band room on May 3rd at 12:15 pm
- We will have a tech rehearsal on the day of the concert. It will last from 2:45 to 5:30 pm, but you are not required to be there the entire time. Below are the specific times you are required (the order is also concert order).
- 2:45 - 3:10 Advanced Percussion
- 3:10 - 3:30 Combined Percussion
- 3:30 - 3:45 Symphonic Band
- 3:45 - 4:00 Combined Bands
- 4:00 - 4:20 Wind Symphony
- 4:20 - 4:35 Timpanogos Strings
- 4:35 - 4:50 Combined Orchestra
- 5:00 - 5:15 T wolf Symphony
- 5:15 - 5:30 Combined Wind Symphony and T wolf Symphony

Black long sleeve button-down collared dress shirts
Black belt and black dress shoes
Long Black Socks
Basically, concert black formal dress clothing from neck to toe.
Women:
Black dress pants or black long skirt/dress down to the ankles (or black hose for shorter skirts)
Black dress shirt or blouse
Black belt (if worn) and black dress shoes
Long Black Socks (if worn)
